Optimal Thickness & Durability: Our tin boxes have a thickness ranging from 0.20mm to 0.23mm, ensuring exceptional durability and superior food protection. The 2.8/2.8 TBA coating provides outstanding resistance against rust and corrosion, extending product lifespan. Food-Grade Coating for Safety: Both the interior and exterior are coated with food-safe materials, ensuring zero impact on food quality and safety, meeting international food packaging standards. Precision Embossing & Elegant Design: Using advanced embossing techniques, our tin boxes feature sharp and detailed 2D & 3D patterns on both the lid and body. This enhances visual appeal, increases brand recognition, and reinforces the box's strength and impact resistance.

For Tin Box Products: January – August: Orders of 10,000+ boxes are delivered within 10 days from order confirmation (production capacity: 2,000 boxes/day). September – December: Orders of 10,000+ boxes are delivered within 20 days from order confirmation (production capacity: 2,000 boxes/day). For Printed Products: Delivery time varies from 10 to 20 days, depending on order quantity.

Coated (Non-Printed) Tin Boxes: MOQ ranges from 3,000 to 5,000 units, depending on the box size. Printed Tin Boxes: MOQ starts from 10,000 to 20,000 units, based on the box size.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for each printing order is 1,000 sheets.

Currently, we only accept orders that meet the minimum order quantity (MOQ) to ensure optimal quality and cost-effective production.

Production time ranges from 10 to 15 days, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. Once production is complete, delivery is arranged based on customer agreements.

We do not provide design services. We offer printing services based on the customer's design and requirements. Please provide detailed information so we can support you in the best way possible.

Ensures durability and compliance with quality standards. 2️⃣ Technical Analysis & Specification Confirmation Analyze design, color, and dimensions in detail. Ensures accuracy before printing approval. 3️⃣ Printing on Tin Print on tin based on approved designs. Ensures precise and consistent colors on all surfaces. 4️⃣ Protective Coating Application Apply a protective layer to enhance durability and scratch resistance. For printed products, this is the final step before packaging. 5️⃣ Cutting, Forming & Stamping Cut, shape, and stamp the tin into the final box structure. 6️⃣ Cleaning, Packaging & Delivery Perform final cleaning to ensure product quality. Carefully package and prepare for on-time delivery. This process guarantees high-quality products that meet both technical and aesthetic requirements.

1. Warranty & Return Period For tin boxes, the return period follows the specific terms of each contract. As a general rule, returns are accepted within 45 days from the delivery date. 2. Return & Warranty Procedure All returns must be confirmed in writing between both parties. For faulty or damaged products, we offer the following solutions: ✅ Replacement of the defective item. ✅ Deduction from outstanding payments. ✅ Refund for paid products.

Yes, our products are fully certified for food safety, including: ✅ FSSC 22000 ✅ ISO 9001:2015 ✅ QUATEST 3 ✅ Self-Declared Compliance Certificate These certifications ensure that our products meet the highest food safety standards, making them suitable for the food industry.

Yes! We welcome customers to visit our factory to gain a better understanding of our production process and capabilities. However, appointments are required to ensure proper arrangements and maintain the confidentiality of other customers' designs. Please contact us in advance to schedule your visit.

We accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer: Account details will be provided in the contract and payment request. Cash Payment: Available for customers making direct purchases at our factory.

For small orders: Customers must pay 100% of the order value immediately after order confirmation. For large orders: Payments must follow the schedule below: 30% deposit: Payable immediately after order confirmation or contract signing. Remaining balance: To be paid within 30 days of delivery or as per a specific agreement with the customer.

If customers wish to request deferred payment or set specific payment terms, written approval from our side is required.

Orders with a deposit cannot be canceled once production has begun. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting production and related costs.
